Commercial Fleet Wraps in Toronto and the GTA
Branded vans, trucks and company cars, designed in-house and installed in batches so your fleet stays on the road
What is a commercial fleet wrap?
A commercial fleet wrap is printed or colour-matched vinyl applied to a company's vehicles so every van, truck and car carries the same branding. At House of Wrapz in North York we design the artwork, produce it in 3M and Avery Dennison cast vinyl and install it in batches so your fleet keeps working.
A fleet wrap is an advertising asset first and a paint job second. Every kilometre your vehicles cover puts your name, phone number and web address in front of the people who live and work along your routes, and the vinyl protects the factory paint underneath the whole time. When a vehicle is sold or its lease ends, the wrap comes off and the original finish is still there.
Why a boutique studio for fleet work
We are a boutique studio, not a high-volume factory, with 10+ years of combined experience. Pre-cut templates leave paint showing at the edges, and on a fleet that gap repeats on every vehicle. Our 3M and Avery Dennison certified installers hand-cut, edge-tuck and post-heat every panel in climate-controlled bays and inspect every vehicle before it returns to service, so the tenth van matches the first. Read how we handled it on a 20-vehicle fleet.

How much does a commercial fleet wrap cost in Toronto?
Most commercial fleet wraps in Toronto cost $2,000–$4,000 per vehicle for a partial wrap and $4,000–$8,000 per vehicle for a full wrap, before fleet volume pricing. Design work adds $500–$1,000 for simple logos and graphics or $1,500–$3,000 for a full custom design. We quote per project once we have your vehicle list.
Price ranges by coverage, before volume pricing
| Coverage | Price range | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Partial fleet wrap | $2,000–$4,000 per vehicle | Logos, contact details and accent graphics on the panels that get seen |
| Full fleet wrap | $4,000–$8,000 per vehicle | Complete colour and graphics coverage of every painted panel |
| Design: simple logos and graphics | +$500–$1,000 | Placing your existing logo, lettering and contact details |
| Design: full custom design | +$1,500–$3,000 | New fleet artwork developed from your brand guidelines, with proofs per vehicle type |
Ranges match the commercial tier of our online quote calculator. Vehicle size, the number of panels covered, finish and design hours move a quote within or beyond these ranges. Volume pricing is tiered by fleet size and confirmed in your written quote.
Not sure whether partial or full is right for your fleet? Our custom design team will mock up both options on your actual vehicle so you can compare them before anything is printed.
How long does a fleet wrap take, and does the whole fleet come off the road?
A partial fleet wrap usually takes about one day per vehicle and a full wrap three to five business days, and the whole fleet never comes off the road at once. We book vehicles in batches around your dispatch schedule, so a few are in our North York bays while the rest keep earning.
How a fleet install works, step by step
- Discovery. Send us your vehicle list, brand files and how the fleet is used. We recommend coverage per vehicle type and give you a per-vehicle range and a batch plan.
- Design and proofs. Our in-house design team builds one brand system and adapts it to each body style, with a proof for every vehicle type before anything is printed.
- Production. Graphics are printed in full colour or cut from colour-matched 3M and Avery Dennison cast vinyl, sized to each vehicle.
- Scheduling. We book vehicles in batches around your dispatch and slower periods so only a few are off the road at a time.
- Installation. Each vehicle is cleaned and prepped, then wrapped in our climate-controlled bays with hand-cut, edge-tucked, post-heated application to manufacturer specifications.
- Inspection and handover. Every vehicle is checked to the same standard before it returns to service, with care instructions and warranty details for your fleet manager.
Fleet design checklist
- Company name and phone number readable from two car lengths back
- Web address on the rear doors or tailgate, where traffic sits behind you
- One clear reason to call
- Same logo position and colours on every body style
- A proof approved for every vehicle type before print
An impression nobody can act on is a wasted one.
Which fleet vehicles do you wrap?
We wrap the vehicles GTA businesses actually run: delivery and cargo vans, box trucks and cube vans, pickups, service vehicles, company cars and SUVs, and food trucks. Each body style gets its own proof, so the same brand reads correctly on a tall cube van and on a low sedan.
Delivery and cargo vans
Cargo and delivery vans are the classic rolling billboard: big flat sides and high daily mileage. Full or partial wraps with contact details sized to read in traffic.
Box trucks and cube vans
The largest canvas in the fleet. We plan artwork around rivets, seams and roll-up doors so graphics stay clean and the box stays readable from a block away.
Pickup trucks
Contractor and trades pickups get durable partial or full wraps that stand up to job sites, with tailgate and door branding that identifies your crew on arrival.
Service vehicles
Vans and SUVs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and security firms, branded so a homeowner knows exactly who is in the driveway before anyone knocks.
Company cars and SUVs
Sales and executive vehicles in a restrained version of the fleet design, or a full colour change that protects the paint and holds resale value.
Food trucks
Full-colour printed wraps built for heat, grease and daily washing, with menus and social handles that can be refreshed later with a partial re-wrap.
How long does a commercial fleet wrap last?
A professionally installed commercial fleet wrap lasts 5–7 years in the GTA with routine care. We use 3M and Avery Dennison cast vinyl, hand-cut and post-heated to manufacturer specifications, so it holds its colour through salt, slush and summer UV instead of fading or lifting at the edges.
Cast vinyl matters on a fleet because it conforms to curves and recesses without shrinking back, which is what keeps edges down on year four. Printed graphics go on vinyl made for long-term outdoor exposure. Keep the vehicles hand-washed and out of brush car washes and the wrap will outlast most lease terms.
What happens at lease end?
The wrap comes off. Professional removal leaves the factory paint intact, so leased vehicles go back in their original colour and owned vehicles resell with panels that spent years under vinyl instead of under salt.

Is a fleet wrap worth it compared with billboards or radio?
For most GTA businesses, yes. Our fleet ROI article puts a wrapped work vehicle at 30,000–70,000 views a day and, on its example of a $3,000–$5,000 install, which sits inside this page's partial-to-full range, works that out to roughly $0.04–$0.17 per impression. The wrap keeps advertising for 5–7 years; a billboard rents for $1,500–$5,000 a month and reaches one spot.
| Channel | What you pay and how long it works | Where it is seen |
|---|---|---|
| Fleet wrap | $2,000–$4,000 partial or $4,000–$8,000 full, per vehicle, paid once; works for 5–7 years | Everywhere your vehicles drive and park |
| Billboard | $1,500–$5,000 a month, only while you keep paying | One location |
| Radio spot | $200–$1,000 per spot, gone in seconds | One station's listeners at one moment |

What else do fleets add to a wrap?
Fleets that log highway kilometres often add paint protection film on bumpers, hoods and mirrors, and a ceramic coating so salt and grime wash off faster. We also offer maintenance support, clean removal and re-wrapping when you rebrand or return leased vehicles.
Paint protection film
Self-healing PPF on the front end takes the rock chips the 401 hands out, so high-impact areas stay presentable for the life of the wrap.
Ceramic coating
Ceramic coating makes winter brine and road film release with a rinse, cutting wash time across the whole fleet.
Maintenance, removal and re-wrap
Maintenance programs for larger fleets, clean removal at lease end, and re-wraps when the brand or the phone number changes.

Commercial fleet wrap FAQs
Yes. Fleet pricing is tiered by the number of vehicles you commit, so the per-vehicle cost comes down as the fleet grows. We quote it per project after we see your vehicle list, because a mix of cube vans and sedans prices differently from ten identical vans. The ranges on this page are per vehicle before volume pricing.
Choose a full wrap when the vehicle colour is part of the brand or you want every panel protected. Choose a partial wrap when your vans are already white or a brand colour and only need logos, contact details and accent graphics. Many fleets mix both, with full wraps on customer-facing vehicles.
They need the same brand system, not an identical file. We build one layout with fixed logo placement, colours and type, then adapt it to each body style so a graphic that reads cleanly on a cube van does not land on a door seam on a sedan. Every vehicle type gets its own proof before we print.
The wrap comes off and new graphics go on. Removal and re-wrapping are services we offer, and professionally installed cast vinyl is removable without damage, so the factory paint is intact underneath. A phone number or web address change can be a re-wrap of the affected panels only.
Your vehicle list with makes, models, years and how many of each, your logo and any brand guidelines, how the vehicles are used, and when they can come off the road. With that we recommend coverage per vehicle type and come back with per-vehicle pricing, a design estimate and a batch schedule.
Yes. Our in-house design team works from your brand files and matches your colours in full-colour print on 3M or Avery Dennison cast vinyl, and solid brand colours can also be run in coloured cast vinyl. You approve a proof for every vehicle type before the fleet is produced.
Yes. Wraps are the standard way to brand leased vehicles because they are fully removable. We install over the factory paint, and when the lease ends we remove the vinyl cleanly so the vehicle goes back in its original finish. Tell us the lease term and we will recommend material accordingly.
Either works. Our in-house design team can build the fleet artwork from your logo and brand guidelines, or we can work from files your agency supplies and adapt them to each body style. In both cases you approve a proof for every vehicle type before anything is printed.
Yes. Every fleet wrap is installed at our North York studio, with quick access from Highway 400 and the 401 for operators coming from across the GTA. We book drop-off and pick-up windows around your dispatch, and you can bring vehicles in whatever batches suit your routes.
